The Fine Print

DSTM must receive a completed and signed Membership Application along with full payment by cash or check (payable to "DSTM") for the appropriate amount listed above no later than midnight, June 30, 2011. After the Membership Application and payment are received, your membership will be activated at our next regular meeting, and continues through September 30, 2011. After September 30, 2011, you can renew your membership at the same rate and on the same renewal schedule as other members.
